About the practice

A small practice that takes large projects seriously.

Dpoint Projects was founded on a simple frustration: too many good buildings are let down by how they are run, not how they are designed. We set out to be the steady presence on a project — the people who hold the whole thing together while everyone else looks after their part.

The founder

Where we come from

The practice was started after fifteen years spent managing construction for developers and main contractors across London — long enough to see what separates a project that runs well from one that limps to the finish.

There is a Lithuanian thread to the story, too. A grandfather who worked with his hands, a family that prized things made carefully and built to last. It is where the name comes from, and where a certain stubbornness about doing the job properly was learned.

That outlook still runs through everything here: measured, practical, and quietly proud of work that holds up.

How we work

What you can expect

Plain speaking

We tell clients what they need to hear, early, even when it is awkward. A problem raised in week three is cheaper than one found at handover.

Detail held lightly

We keep a firm grip on the things that move a project — the programme, the budget, the decisions — without drowning everyone in paper.

On your side

We act for the client, not the contractor and not our own convenience. Your interests set the agenda for every meeting we chair.

Built to last

Good management should outlive the project. We leave clients with the records, relationships and confidence to look after what they have built.

Our remit

From first sketch to keys in hand.

We can join at any point, but we are at our best across the full RIBA Plan of Work — carrying knowledge from one stage to the next.

Stages 0–1

Strategic definition

Feasibility, brief and budget. We pressure-test the idea before money is committed.

Stages 2–4

Design & coordination

Appointing the team, managing design, and locking down cost and programme.

Stage 5

Construction

On site weekly, administering the contract and chasing the detail that keeps work moving.

Stages 6–7

Handover & in use

Snagging, completion and a tidy close-out, so the building works from day one.

Let's talk about your project

Whether you are appraising a site or already on the programme, we are happy to share an honest view of how we could help.
